St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

I was frustrated about the parking fee. It's a bit much.

Very nice place to stay. Loved the history and charm of the Grand Hall. The hotel does a very nice job keeping the history alive and offering an extraordinary stay. My wife and I envision bringing out kids here one day as the aquarium is right next door. They have done a very nice job with this hotel and is beautifully kept up and maintained. One of the most charming hotels I have every got to stay at.

We stayed here right before Christmas so that we could ride the Wheel and do the Polar Express experience. The hotel itself was easy to check into. The lobby is gorgeous and a perfect place for cocktails. Our room was nice and cozy. For us, it was quiet but the hotel did not seem very booked on the night we were there. We did not have room service due to COVID but that was expected. We did try to call the front desk 3-4 times with questions and noone ever answered, despite waiting between calls. We attempted to use the button to activate doors (handicap accommodation) but the doors never responded. Luckily we did not rely on ADA accommodations. Upon checkout, we planned to use $5 off parking that we had gotten for eating at a restaurant in the property area (Landry's). We were told parking was complimentary. We checked out on 12/24 but were charged for parking on 12/28.

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location. Spacious rooms and good wifi. This is the hotel I will stay in when I return to St Louis

It was a great stay! Everything we wanted to do was in the same area! No need to drive! The food was great! Our beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be staying again!

the property was beautiful. the grand hall was exceptional, they have light shows periodically. very entertaining. there is stuff to do all walking distance. the staff was awesome. we had the nicest barista at the starbucks.

I like its place and some things else, but I think it didn't deserve that price.

I was not impressed with Hilton’s “Curio” collection. Moved rooms due to musty/mildew smell. Second room better, but lacked freshness. Rooms need inspected and maintained. Hotel lobby holds much history and looks great. Staff very friendly.

While the Grand Hall and exterior of the hotel is very impressive our room was visibly not cleaned properly with old hair in the tub, old looking linens for the bed and dust everywhere! In my opinion for the price it was not worth it, they also charged 70 dollars for self parking which is ridiculous. I would recommend staying at a nearby hotel and walking over for the light show and the other entertainment options, i would not stay here again.
