My stay there was great. The front desk supervisor STEVE was great and he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling for work or leisure. The general manager was great as well!!!

Our room had so many ants in it. On the sofa bed, the floor and closet. By the time we noticed how bad it was, they made their way into our bags and all over our clothes. They offered us another room which we stayed in for all of two minutes because it was also covered with ants in the same areas as the first room. The third room we moved into was ants free.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are amazing! They are spacious and well appointed with a complete kitchenette (including a dishwasher). I found all the staff to be very friendly, professional and willing to assist with any possible complications. I particularly appreciated both front desk personnel, Hana and Steve, for their cheerful demeanors. The only two issues I experienced were: No shuttle service to and from the airport due to COVID-19. However, I was informed the company was working to address the problem as quickly as possible. The pool was cloudy and dirty. No excuse there especially with the issue of COVID-19. Upon checkout I notified the staff at the front desk and they promised the problem would be rectified immediately. I will be staying at the same hotel in approximately one week and I do anticipate at least one of the two issues mentioned above to be corrected. The hotel is also convenient to a restaurant/grill and several fast food restaurants (open 24/7 to accommodate late night travelers). The restaurant/grill is practicing social distancing and all establishments require the wearing of a mask. I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer Service and the overall stay at Home2suites was Terrible. They did it clean room during or week’s stay and trash can overfilled. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels coffee. They would not even bring to room. This stay was during COVID - therefore breakfast was non existent, pool ad was closed. I think they should pay me for this stay!!!

Great locations just 15 mins from DFW airport. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance included Walmart. Room was great with plenty of room and kitchen has full size of fridge. The only thing is there is no safe in the room then it 100%.

Great hotel with excellent customer service! As soon as we walked into the room, the front desk staff (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) called our room to make sure that the room was meeting our standards. First time someone has ever done that; usually I’m not asked until during checkout. Thank you for making our staycation a fun one!
