Our main issue was we were staying one night and xhoice this hotel for the indoor pool only to discover on outmr own after checkin that the Pool was closed while we were there. We were offered to drive to another sister hotel which was nice to offer but we were paying to use the pool in our building. No explanation was given and no one appeared to be working on the pool. Disappointing. Our room had a mildewy smell and walls and floors were thin making it possible to hear our neighbors often. On the positive side, all staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar included more than I have ever seen, good quality too, including fresh waffles, delicious egg bites, chicken and some sandwich options, muffins, etc. Also great exercise equipment and facility.

I was disappointed that we could not change the way the shower head was set. Overall I was satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again.
