Room was filthy -truly looked like no cleaning was done between guests Hair on floor -counters -dressers My guess was they straighted the bed and called it a day I have never stayed in a more disgusting place and will not stay in that chain again When I left I packed all my stuff that had contact w/ the room -tied in a plastic bag and used a laundry mat to launder my things

Not what it used to be.
We got there and found out only 3 or 4 rooms had working fireplaces and they were booked. Apparently the rest need fixed and the owner isn't going to. This is why we chose this hotel and specific room. So they did give us another room that had more beds and an extra bathroom. There was only two of us. The fireplace didn't work. Trash under the sink had not been emptied. No extra towels, coffee, paper towels or toilet paper. When does were moved there was trash and dust behind them. Cracks in walls, stains in the carpet and stood on the walls. Stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. It's declined a lot!! Probably won't stay again.

There was a water main break so we went without water for the first night and the next day. No type of discount or anything was offered for the inconvience. Then I was given 1 bed when I paid for 2. No refund on the price difference and I was even basically called a liar when I called the front desk to request the refund for the price difference. Come go find out they had me mixed up with another guest. Apologies were given after they realized it but still no refund

Great location to everything freeway, restaurants and shopping. The unit did not have enough plates glasses, silverware and it had no pots or pans. Overall the studio was nice clean and bed comfortable. Would stay here again when I come to Cleveland.

I loved the sound proofing in the walks, my neighbor played loud music at night, you could hear it through the door but when yoy entered your room it was very quite. Also the pull out bed was awesome for my sister to hang with me while i was in town. Thanks guys i love this place and i always stay here when im in town.

Bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful, but I had many broken or damaged items in my room and both the pool and the gym were out of service while I was staying. These were two of the main reasons I had booked this location. I would go back, but I would absolutely make sure that everything is up and running before I do.
