Although it was a slow process to check in and a long 4 pm line up, the extra care the staff took to assure we had access for my elderly parent was wonderful. Parking is extra but easy and secure. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and plenty of fresh fruit. The hotel is older but the beds and lindens were top notch. Great choice for an inner harbour hotel in beautiful Victoria.

Beautiful quaint hotel suite with everything we could have needed including an excellent breakfast! The only reason for docking one star was for the low flow shower heads - for the price you are paying per night that water should flow fast to give you an invigorating steamy shower not one you need to keep turning circles in to keep warm because the shower head delivers only a thin stream of water.
