Comencemos Las vías de acceso al hotel están en mal estado así que si lleva vehículo debe ser cuidadoso, ya que no están pavimentadas El hotel NO cuenta con restaurante ni bar, el desayuno se solicita a partir de las 9 AM es decir que si tiene un tour más temprano no va a poder desayunar, nada recomendada la opción de tostadas, adicional el domicilio demora entre 40 a una hora por ende debe ser paciente para recibir el desayuno tipo 9:45 -10:00 aún cuando lo haya solicitado temprano La alberca es muy bonita pero no es práctica para nadar sólo para pasar un rato agradable En el tiempo que estuve NO le hicieron aseo a la habitación aún cuando se hizo la solicitud en recepción La habitación está muy bien equipada y muy amplias, tienen cocina y utensilios permitiendo cocinar El servicio de taxi que se pide desde el hotel es más costoso que salir y pedir uno NO hay recepción las 24 horas El hotel se encuentra aún en construcción y todavía tiene muchas zonas que mejorar NO nos cambiaron toallas, NO nos volvieron a dar implementos de aseo y la persona que nos atendió en recepción se molestó por la queja que esto genero. Realmente aunque muy bonito para el precio no es recomendado

El establecimiento era genial: muy limpio, magnífico, con personal amable y orientado al cliente, una gran piscina infinita desde donde se podía ver la puesta de sol! Recomiendo este hotel

El diseño del hotel está muy bonito. La alberca está padrísima.

This hotel is super nice- the center with all of the trees that opens up to the sky is so cool. Room was spacious and clean and I liked the big bathroom. A few things I disliked: first is the location, it's a bit removed from the main downtown part of Tulum, so it takes 10-15 min to get a taxi called there, and the roads are horrible (bumpy dirt road with tons of holes in it). Second, not sure if this is truly a hotel or a "condo" but there was no housekeeping service any of the days I stayed, i.e. bed not made, trash wasn't taken out, toilet paper not replaced, etc. Lastly, one night there was a ton of people either above or next to me having a party. I didn't want to be that person to call the front desk to tell them to be quiet, but it was VERY loud and I was trying to sleep. There is NO phone in the room to contact front desk, and it was almost midnight so I wasn't getting out of bed. I called hotels.com for them to try to connect me but they did not have a direct # to the front desk, just some customer service answering machine. I could "leave a message" - sorry I did not want my problem solved the next day. Major fail, very annoying. The rooftop pool is a big draw- very cool circular infinity pool, however it was not filled all the way when I was there so it was a bit disappointing (they were repairing some tiles). Overall the hotel is nice, but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

Amazing time at The Panoramic. The hotel was clean and our private pent house was great. We loved our private pool and the views! Keep in mind that there are no restaurants, as this is a condo-style type of hotel. Also, you have to go through dirt roads to get to the hotel, so it's a little annoying for taxi's to pick us up, but other than that it was great.

It was a great hotel ... I will def go back and stay

Upon check in, they told me that the room I paid for was not available due to “maintenance”. I asked to see the room and they could not show me. I believe the gave my room away. I paid for a 3 bedroom PH suite with private pool and got a 2 bedroom regular room instead. Then...the electricity and water went out the next day and all they could tell me was that they’re not a hotel and to contact the people I booked with (which was Hotels.com) (which I also had NO SERVICE to contact anyone). My birthday was ruined!

Pool and view is the best view I have experienced in a long time. I absolutely loved it.

Was good to stay here, more like a hotel, I loved the swimming pool, It missing a re estaurant or little store, but I think in the future.l they will hace it. Administration wasnt too good. From the person who rented me the studio. I had to wait 25min when I arrived to get the key
