The condo is awesome and the view was great. Didn’t care for the area of the island we were located on.

Condo is beautifully remodeled!!! The views are gorgeous!!! Owner was very prompt to respond to all questions we had. All of the other guests/owners we met at the complex were very friendly. The grounds were well manicured and the complex felt very secure. Kitchen was very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on the little patio, and loved that the complex received afternoon shade on the beach. The neighborhood grocery store was very nice, but for cheaper prices you can drive to Plaza West Grocery. This condo was perfectly located to explore the entire island, which is a must if you visit St. Croix.

The location couldn’t be better!! Paradise in your backyard!! Boardwalk, restaurants, bars, shops all right down the road! The condo was very nice and everything you could imagine is provided for you! Property manager was very quick to respond if you have any questions at all!! Absolutely loved and will definitely be back in the future!!

Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated condo right on the beach and just a short drive to town. Doesn’t get better than that!

The renovated condo was just as advertised and was beautifully decorated. Being able to walk right out the back door into our own little safe haven was the best part of our trip. However, when vacationing (it was our honeymoon), there is a certain level of comfort we expect unless we are doing volunteer/mission work in a third-world country or camping in a tent. It is neither comfortable nor practical to require the guests to turn the AC off during the day in the condo because the ocean breeze that flows through it is hot and sticky. It takes a long time for the condo to cool off in the evenings after the AC has been turned off all day. Also requiring the guests to set the AC on 78 at night was not a reasonable expectation either. Being that most public places on the island do not have AC (or public bathrooms for other tourists visiting the area unless a cruise ship is in port), there was no place of refuge to cool off and get comfortable. While we were there, the temperatures were in the upper 80s and the “feel like” temperatures were in the mid to upper 90s. It was October, but it was still HOT and HUMID. The washer/dryer combo in the condo (although it was advertised) was not in working order and we had to spend several hours doing our laundry at the clubhouse. We could have used that time enjoying the pool except that it was not open due to maintenance. So, instead of being able to spend time on the beach while doing our laundry at our convenience in the condo, we sat at a table near a drained pool in the heat for several hours because there is only ONE washer and ONE dryer. We were afraid if we were not nearby to oversee it, we would have gotten locked out. The overall deplorable living conditions on the island and seeing all the bars on the doors and windows everywhere were quite disturbing and disappointing to us. Being fans of the HDTV show “Caribbean Life,” we went to St. Croix in hopes of finding our own little piece of heaven to retire to one day. It just proves that not all things or places are always what they appear to be. It may be paradise to others, but it was an unpleasant experience for us. We have no desire to ever return to St. Croix.

Wow! Pictures do NOT do this condo justice! This property was everything we hoped for and then some. The condo is conveniently located on St. Croix, a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and historic downtown Christiansted. The beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean are a just few steps off the back patio, EXACTLY as pictured! We spent most mornings outside, enjoying the views and cool breezes. The condo has been recently updated and is spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the property owner, Dean, was smooth and he answered all of our questions quickly, even offering recommendations on where to eat and where to shop. The one time we had to deal with onsite management was easy, as well. There is a pool across the parking lot from the condo, where you can see a historic sugar mill up close (they dot the hillsides across St. Croix). If you are considering a visit to St. Croix, I HIGHLY recommend renting this condo! Thank you, Dean and Sandy!

The condo was exactly as stated. Steps from the ocean. Conveniently located close to Christiansted but yet not that far from Frederiksted. Very nice place, decorated nicely with anything you need during your stay. Everyone we met was friendly whether it was an owner, another renter or the very kind and helpful condo association staff.
