Best Western Hotel Hamburg International

Brugte værelset til overnatning, det var en meget fin oplevelse. Beligenheden super i forhold til ofentlig transport. Det ville være dejligt om man kunne se hvad morgenmaden koster, den var ellers super god.

I actually loved everything about this place. It wasess than five minutes from the station, and even if it is not at the city center, you can get there in less than than 15 minutes in train. The rooms where not modern decorated but i was not out of date either. Everything was perfectly cleaned, and we stayed for 2 nights and they cleaned again after the first one. I dropped some makeup in one of the sheets and was pleasantly surprised that it was changed even if we didn't requested. Service was 1A everytime, and price was unbeatable. Would totally recommend if you are just looking for a place with a good bed and clean, comfortable bathroom

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location but only 16 mins by train from central Hamburg. Competitively priced.

The staff was super friendly, no problem with the parking. But the hotel itself is a bit old, they still have regular room keys with te metal keychain, I was a bit shocked as well. No AC, with could make it unbearable. It's was not bad, I just expect more of the brand.

The hotel was non smoking throughout, however there was a stench of cigarette smoke all through the building. The decor was dated and everything seemed unclean and ill maintained. The staff were friendly enough, but that was the only positive part of my trip. Breakfast was the worst part of the hotel. None of the food laid out looked particularly apertising so I went for a “safe” choice of cereal. When I sat down to eat it I discovered that milk was luke warm. To top it all off, they serve the most horrifyingly terrible coffee I have ever encountered. This will not be a hotel I use again in the future!!!!

Good hotel, clean & comfortable

Nice hotel, good service. Comfortable room. There is a metro station within 5 minutes walk of the hotel which takes you direct to city centre (10 minutes on the metro). Was a quiet location so slept well

Very clean and quiet except for on fourth night when I was disturbed by music around 1:30am and by people's voices around 3:30am but it may well be that neither were caused by people connected with hotel.
