We came down to visit our Daughter and grandchildren, the hotel is just a 5 minuite walk from the see front, 10 minutes from the main stretch of shops, lots of bars, restaurants and places to see all within walking distance, this hotel isnt expensive, offers breakfast when booking, we cant comment on the food as niether of us eat early. The hotel is lovely and quiet. This is our 3rd stay here.

10/10! Staff were so welcoming and were very accomodatinmg to me under my unfortunate circumstances. The rooms were of a high standard, they felt super safe and were very very quiet with no noise at all. I stayed here for just under a week and I felt very well looked after, especially after a lovely lady called Louise who was always there if I needed anything. Looking forward to staying again!

This is a very basic hotel.The staff are very friendly. Not much choice at breakfast .If you want more tea or coffee they charge an extra 10p per item the room is basic.it is ok for a budget hotel.

Our stay was really good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception area And en-suite bathrooms were all very modern, the double bedroom we stayed in is in need of modernisation, the carpet, wallpaper and furniture let the room down. The breakfast was ok, the continental selection didn’t have much choice

Did the job intended.
Quite large hotel, rooms big enough clean and quiet, apart from seagulls in morning. Bathroom had a dead crane fly in the bath. No evening meals until later as they had a coach party holidaying so kitchen couldn't manage too many meals. Clise enough to front to walk to restaurants so no major problem. Car park excellent. Breakfast was buffet style cereal, toast, fruits etc and waitress delivered full english and hot drinks. Really nice selection. One issue was shower was not very powerful, enough, just, but a greater flow would make it better.

Dancing and entertainment on ground floor seemed that you were trying to sleep in a dancing club and not in a hotel. The television had no signal. The breakfast was so terrible and smelled badly . I wonder if these people have any idea of what a hotel seemed to be.

Inadequate ventilation in corridors which kept upper floors too hot àll day, bedrooms would benefit from fan assisted vent to outside, or Aircon. No vent or window in bathroom/toilet.

You get what you pay for
Some staff were very helpful; others not so. Room very small, without a kettle or remote, but these were replaced fairly quickly. Also, no lights at all on Monday morning (pitch black bathroom) and this took a long time to resolve.

This was a truly shocking experience. No hot water and when there was it lasted 30 seconds before going cold again. Washing machine above our room on all night and also on the end cycle. Asked staff to turn it off as it was making racket every 5 seconds but they never did. Truly the worst night in a hotel I have ever had. Shame on this place and the management.
