Sanitarios al aire libre y los animales que entran generan mucha suciedad El lugar en general es confirtable, solo un poco el tema de la limpieza

El hotel es pequeño pero es perfecto. El diseño y el concepto están geniales.

Muy buena la atención del personal. Al salir tuvimos problema con la puerta, se cayó y no podíamos pasar. El personal nos recomendó buenos lugares para comer y visitar.

Bastante bonito, todo nuevo y aparte tiene cocineta, eso lo hace mas llamativo

Me facino mi estadía todos fueron súper super amables desde el momento que llegue al hotel, nos hicieron sentir súper cómodos la chica nos guío hasta nuestra habitación super amable llegamos antes del check in y nos dejaron pasar ala habitación aún así la chica de recepción una persona super amable y linda y el gerete igual muy buena onda la verdad nos llevamos una excelente experiencia el hotel está hermoso las habitaciones súper limpias está un poco alejado pero sin duda alguna vale la pena pues nos consiguieron bicis para poder trasportarnos nos dieron tips de lugares a los que pudiéramos ir sin duda alguna me voy más que feliz de este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo Eh estado en más hoteles y sin duda alguna este es uno de los mejores pues el trato del personal es de lo mejor principal mente por la chica de recepción c:

Great Staff. They really make their best for making me happy and helping me with all needs. Nice boutique hotel with spacious room. Unfortunately the humidity is everywhere in the room but the overall was great. A little far away from the center, with the taxy situation very expensive, but great expirence.

When we checked in they had overbooked so we could not stay. They took us to a hostel as a replacement which was much less than satisfactory. We paid in advance and have still not yet received a refund after a week. We did not stay there. Beware, don’t pay upfront.

Rude owner, felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. We were really excited to stay here but upon check in we left to find other accommodations. The neighborhood had drunks walking around gawking and yelling at us, so that was not a great start. The building has a sign saying Mio but nothing to tell you how to enter. The owner was very rude and unwelcoming. Then he demanded we pay again even though we showed him our receipt we had already paid. We left and did not come back. The pool was filled with scum. The area surrounding the pool looked really nice though, if the pool is not important. But his check-in desk is literally 12" from the pool at a tiny desk, so it seemed uncomfortable to sunbathe or swim with him there scowling all day. With this location being so far from town, you would want to drive. Walking would seem sketchy at night. Tulum was our least favorite town on our 2 week road trip of the Yucatan Peninsula. We even felt less sketchy in Cancun (can't believe it). If you can change your travel plans, I'd try a different low budget hotel closer to town. If you can change your city, I'd choose Bacalar or Isla Holbox. And no seaweed there.

It was an adorable boutique, I will definitely be back. Only thing was we had no hot water but other than that it was great
