The Warwick is a great balance of location, amenities, and awesome city views, without breaking the budget. Staff was happy and friendly, the room, indoor hot tub, and pool were super clean and well maintained. Location is perfect to go downtown or for a short walk to Pike Place. Definitely plan on staying again in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was, comfortable beds and perfect location in the heart of downtown. Close enough to walk to many attractions. Staff was friendly and parking was easy in the hotel garage.

Near perfection!
The only thing better than the hotel itself is the stellar staff. We went for our honeymoon and every single person working there made us feel special. The room was beautiful with a great view. The heat works great for thise cold rainy Seattle days. The hot tub is very hot and the pool is nice and warm. The restaurant had excellent battenders and servers and a solid french onion soup. Giselle made sure we had a great room for our special trip with a few special treats! and John helped us to book an extra night as well like it there so much. The tub was nice and big with pleanty of hot water on the 17th floor.

Putting a $100 per day hold on my credit card is not reasonable. Much nicer hotels put a flat $100 or $200 hold. If I stay 6 nights at the Warwick you put a $600 hold on my card? That’s absurd. I have other hotel options that I will explore.

Weekend at the Warwick
Affordable and great location. Staff were excellent, hot tub and pool were small and scummy. Room was clean but hadn't been deep cleaned in a while (walls sides of counters and cabinets etc)

Good place to stay
The hotel was just okay. No area to pull up and check-in, must pay for parking. Water was lukewarm.. couldn't even take a bath when I wanted, but was warm enough for a shower later when I tried, then the next day lukewarm again.... Hot tub and pool were nice. Bed was comfy, room was clean but a few hairs spread throughout the bathroom. I was mostly bummed about the water, I couldn't take a bath sadly.
