Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Lee's Summit

My stay was very pleasing and the cleanliness of everything helped make me feel comfortable.

We have stayed at this location before. Our experience has been amazing both times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the last nights stay on toad trip to and from Seattle and was the only hotel in 7 states that did not Have soap in our room or provide lobby coffee because of Covid 19 - the explanation of which was it required ‘touching’. However this hotel DID have general access to a refrigerator of cold juices...totally contradictory. Receptionist was dismissive and rude. Very disappointed; clearly using Covid as an excuse to reduce services.

The room is stripped. no coffee maker, soap, shampoo ect. No breakfast was serviced. No adjustment to the price.

Hotel was clean and well maintained however the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, close to dial up. Had to tether my phone to get through the week. Also the microwaves are only by request. Didn't realize till I had cold leftovers in my hand.

Lee's Summit Fairfield Inn was VERY clean. I was disappointed that there wasn't maid service or even a cup of coffee in the room. Really missed the swimming pool. Breakfast was pretty skinny, too, but I guess that's the Covid world. Overall good stay.

Good stay under weird conditions. Felt safe and clean. Instructions at check in were not clear but we got it figured out.

The pool was closed but the gym was open didn’t make sense . The first room they put us in smelt like smoke. Then the room we got had ants . Woke up to ants all over trash and tv stand . Overall wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

My bed sheet had dried blood and something that appeared to be feces underneath. The A/C unit and plumbing were extremely loud. Card key would not open side door. Refrigerator was decent size but had to be turned up to max to have cold water by next day. I put in a request for a microwave, I did not get one, even though the website says by request. The website states masks must be worn (which is great - no issue there), did not update it to say anything about the pool or fitness facility being closed due to Covid. I understand this creates hardship, but think a discount should be given for no amenities. Check out clerk was very rude. Did not even say thank you or inquire about the stay. I will not be back.

The TV didn’t work & the shower curtain was moldy around the base of curtain. The front desk receptionist conveyed I needed to take this matter up with Expedia. And that I could go somewhere else or live with it due to COVID because the hotel was full.
