Beautiful views
After 9 hours of driving and arriving in the dark in the rain we were not greeted in a very friendly manner. The staff made me feel like I was crazy. I was just simply exhausted and they made me feel like I had asked too much of them by asking where to park and if it was safe to store our suitcases after checkout. We have been traveling in France a long time and were unfortunately robbed of all our belongings before we arrived. This hotel was the least comforting and least friendly and I would not return, although the view of the harbor was beautiful and rooms very clean. As a hotel employee I would assume that every guest needs to be treated as if they have had a very long day of travel and are not crazy. I was on the verge of tears and just needed some extra care. It would be helpful if instructions for parking were on the website as it is extremely complicated to park and drop off luggage.

We opted to rent a room with a balcony view over the Old Harbor. Well worth it! Spent hours just hypnotized by all the comings and goings on scooters, bikes, buses, boats, and on foot. What a wonderful location! Inside was very quiet. Staff was excellent.

We had a stunning corner room with a balcony. Visiting for our baby moon, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff so helpful in making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. ma chambre etait vraiment minuscule, moins de 8m2. Quand ma valise etait au pied de mon lit, je ne pouvais pas me rendre a la salle de bain, tout aussi minuscule, part des 8m2. L'armoire (plutot une minuscule penderie) empechait la fenetre de s'ouvrir en entier. Les accessoires electriques etaient vraiment desastreux !! mais tout etait compense par la gentlllesse et l'amabilite extraiordinaire de l'hotesse d';accueil !

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly Room decoration is pleasing. As other reviewers have said, it is noisy outside until about 3am. There is aircon, so you can keep the windows closed to control the noise. Breakfast is poor for 15 euros each - eat at one of the harbour bars and enjoy the view. The only real downside was the size of the room. It's just a little too small. You have to squeeze between the bed and the desk. Perhaps a smaller desk would help. Or removing it altogether, it's impossible to use as a desk anyway as there's no room for a chair. You can park for a few minutes to unload your vehicle but the car park is a few hundred metres walk away and a 5/10 minute drive around the 1 way system.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for everything central, and you can see the harbour even from a side room. The staff were very friendly. The room was a little tight but fine and the bed was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good. In fact the only thing that let down the hotel was the shower, which need a complete refurbishment. With a new shower I would return in the future.
