Nice location, frendly and helpful staffs, delicious breakfast, perfect for me.

Beautifully located on the banks of the river, close and in walking distance to everything. We hired their bikes at an excellent rate to have the wind in our hair to cool down. Weather was unseasonably hot. The staff were amazing. Cuc spoke perfect english and could not help us enough.id come back to stay due to the staff alone!!!! Rooms are beautifully decorated and laid out. Ill be returning. Booked 3 rooms, all of us were more than pleased with our stay.

Friendly check in staff, that is very attentive and genuinely cares about you. They take your personal breakfast order for you every day and even ask when you would like it. They truly cater to your every need. Very cute little hotel centrally located in Hoi An

Loved our 8 night stay here. The hotel is new so everything is clean and of a good standard and condition. We got an economy double room, it’s a good size with tea and coffee facilities as well as air con and a tv which included a varied selection of English channels. The bathroom is also a good size with good water pressure and temperature in the shower. WiFi in the room was generally very good although it did slow down at peak times. We had a Vietnamese sim so it wasn’t an issue for us. The pool area was small but again it was very clean, it was right next to the cafe so not the most relaxing of spaces but could be of great use for a quick dip after a hot day seeing the sights. Breakfast is served until 10am and the girls always asked you to pick the day before as it was cooked to order, this consisted of eggs, toast or pancakes and most days it came with a small plate of fruit. This was served with your choice of drink which came from the cafe next door, the choice was from a simple coffee or juice menu. The hotel is on the riverside so once outside the door you can reach the walking streets or night market within 5 to 10 minutes by foot, tonnes of food options all around. Finally, the girls at reception were lovely, so friendly and helpful and always asking for feedback and making sure the stay was good. All in all, there are few very minor things that could be improved slightly but for the price the hotel is superb and the girls working there are a credit.

내가 호텔에 도착했을때, 나는 당황을 했었다. 호텔은 바뀌어 있었고 ( 체인호텔로 ) River view로 신청했지만 강은 보이지도 않았다. 엄청난 항의 끝에 다시 원래 호텔로 돌아갔지만, 방이 Down grade되었다. 아내와 나는 화가났지만 어쩔수가 없었다.
