お部屋は広くて、清潔で申し分ないです！深夜のチェックインでも対応していただき助かりました。スタッフの方の対応も大変良かったです。

SERVICE : Good The receptionist was extremely nice. The hotel has a system to order taxis that is very efficient. RECEPTION : There is a very visible trace of a leak on the ceiling at reception. There is no luggage room, you leave your luggage in the breakfast room, which is strange. ROOM : The room was spacious (especially the bathroom). It has been partly refurbished : the furniture is obviously new, but they kept the old carpet and didn't repaint the damaged walls. The heater hasn't been cleaned or hoovered in years, it was full of dust. The worst part was the bathroom : it has obviously been done up recently, but the walls and ceiling are covered in mold. There is even mold on the wall under the hanger meant for the towels. The door of the shower cubicle is too small for the space it has to cover so there is a large part left open. In the brand new shower cubicle, to put your shampoo and soap, they left an old and very rusty shelf positioned too high. There is no shower hose, only a shower head that cannot be moved to better rise one's body. SITUATION : far from everything by foot/tramway (the tram's a 10 minute walk away), but you can go anywhere very quickly by taxi.
