Descent hotel for the price. Room is clean but it has a smell. Location is central, walking distance to everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby. Thomaso was very kind. He was very helpful and took good care of the guests. Daily complimentary happy hour at 6-8pm is wonderful! Breakfast is delicious with a fee. The only minor issue for us was that one of the lady staffs wasn’t very nice. She gave us an attitude. I would leave out her name just out of courtesy, but I would be glad to provide details to the management if asked upon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we only booked it for one night - and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm and friendly and they had helpful dining and sightseeing suggestions. The property is perfectly maintained and the guest room was lovely and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the complimentary wine reception in the evening. I highly recommend this boutique hotel in the heart of Florence.

I will be coming back!
The staff was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful with everything I needed. The hotel was so charming and perfectly located to walk all over Florence. Everything was very clean and worked great. It was very quiet and I was able to make it quite dark as well, to help adjust my sleep to Italy time. I found the bed a little firm but I’m used to a softer bed at home. The breakfast was fresh, I especially enjoyed the fruit - however I will say it is pretty limited for a healthier meal if you’re not looking to fill up on carbs. Otherwise everything was lovely!
