This is possibly my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. We had a number of things go slightly wrong (the TV needed to be fixed as well as our safe and toilet paper dispenser, housekeeping did not come his scheduled) but the staff was so delightful and they solved every problem with excellence. I would come back to Milwaukee exclusively to stay back at the Pfister.

An elevated level of quality and service. From breakfast at the cafe, Blu bar, lobby bar, check in and out- amazing. The only thing I can think of that could be improved were our waters were not replenished after day 1 in our room. (Minor, and we did not follow up and ask for any). Champagne at check in and waters for the road. We hadn’t stayed here in years and will be back sooner rather than later!

What can I say about the historical Pfister Hotel that probably hasn't mentioned? This is our favorite place to stay in. We enjoy the friendliness of the staff from the valet to the ones behind the desk. This place is super clean and everything about it is amazing. We have never had a bad experience when we were here. All the food and drinks we had were amazing. The best steaks you will ever find are inside the Pfister at Mason Street Grill. This place had it all and it was so good. I'd go back just for their steaks...which is what the are known for!!! I highly recommend staying here. It's a perfect walk to shopping and restaurants.
