Disappointed by management
Check-in is a huge disappointment, the company emailed requests for processing the authorization for the booking was to be paid by the company. Lo and behold the hotel did not call as requested in their eamil. this meant check-in was delayed 3 hours because the hotel management does not respond to emails.

Good and Bad...
Disappointed the pool and excercise room were out of commission. May have stayed elsewhere if we knew that. Additionally, no USB ports in the rooms and a remote control that didn't seem to work very well. All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteious. Older building...room update nicely and price was good

A cheaper option to overnight to airport
I overnighted to catch an early flight, used their Parking place for two days and overnighted on my way back. The first time I got an old room at the main floor. Bring your own water bottles as there’s no complimentary and vending machine was not working properly. On my way back I got an upgraded room on the 5th floor and it’s much better, seemed to be recently renewed. One of the two elevators was out of order. Parking my car there during my 2-day trip was a good idea, only 10 CAD per night. Distance to the airport is still about 20 minutes on the shuttle.

Check in was fine, When we went to get on the elevator only 1 was working, so we had to wait for the lineup to be dealt with. This also meant that the cleaning staff had to try to get their large carts onto the elevator while people were trying to get to their rooms. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, door and frames showed signs of deterioration from moisture,
