Quality Inn & Suites Albany Airport

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We booked the jacuzzi room both times. This time when we got to the room the floor wasn’t vacuumed. There was a sock from the previous person just laying on the floor and when I did a test flush the toilet did not flush. When I called the front desk they told me I could go down and grab the plunger. The whole time I had to keep reminding my self that this was a cheep hotel and to not expect anything better. Check the whole room for bed bugs and thankfully there wasn’t a sign of them. The kitchen sink faucet was basically just sitting on the sink not screwed in. Beside all that the bed was clean and comfortable and the jacuzzi worked great which is all we really wanted. If this room was even $10 more I would have left without staying even if they didn’t refund me but cheap is cheap and we got what we wanted.

Very bad condition of the hotel. Bad odors everywhere including the corridors and rooms. The bathroom was clogged. Breakfast is only orange jiuce and oats. Compared to other Quality Inn's hotel its the worst...

The place is very dated and needs a long overdue makeover. The ceilings in the common areas and halls have water stains throughout, something a quick coat of paint can rectify. The carpeting is also worn and need of vacuuming.

I liked the staff was very freindly. The location was close to everything needed.establishment was nice and quiet great for a relaxing trip. Jacuzzi was perfect and fully functional. Bed was extremely comfortable. Was dissapointed no movie entertainment was provided pay movies or even dvd player. Overall it was a terrific stay. I will be booking with them again in future.i would highly recommend this hotel to all my freinds and family

The front desk staff is rude and nasty. They are very homophobic and rude beyond belief . They woman at the front desk yelled at me because i asked for change for $100. Bill amd told me ahe wasn't a bank. Also they wouldn't service my room because i traveled with a service dog. Then when asking fkr towels ahe refused to give them to me. She told me to get them from housekeeping

Clean, convenient, carpets in public areas worn, otherwise all good.

Hotel staff was helpful with what we needed. No hot breakfast cause of covid, but they ran out of muffins or whatever was being served.

Very beautiful place and great staff, they went out of their way to assist me with everything

Itcwas everything we were expecting to experience...definitely returning
