Loved it!
We had a fantastic stay. The property is old but so cool, so well done. The service is great, roooms nice available with balcony, nice indoor pool, etc. We really enjoyed it. My recommendation would be to give the carpets in the roo. A good shampooing or replace them. We'll definitely stay again though.

Hotel was run down and dirty. Toilet was broken. The outdoor lighting was poor and it felt very unsafe entering the hotel in the evening. Elevator inspections were out of date. This hotel is obviously suffering from years of neglect.

This is the third year I have stayed here for an event. It seems to be really going downhill and deteriorating. No working ice machine on my floor, stairway closed, no hot water for a morning shower. I won’t be returning.

Not bad for the price
This is an old property and it shows. It was one of the cheapest places in the area so for the price it was pretty good. Although there are signs everywhere that it’s a non-smoking facility, the smell of smoke is very evident when walking down the hallways. My TV didn’t work but I wasn’t really interested in watching TV anyway. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. All and all, not bad for an overnight stay.

The lobby and pool area are beautiful. The bar and restaurant are nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated, not fancy, and are in need of some TLC, but beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. If your looking for a budget friendly hotel for your downtown Louisville experience this place is perfect. Only complaint is there was no coffee in the lobby (the coffee in the room was not good) so we had to buy coffee from the restaurant

Horrable house keeping and pot smeling the hallway
It was the worst hotel i have stayed at night staff was not very helpfull the house keeping never showed up to clean the room for 4 days on my check out day they still didnt do any think to help shoupd not be called a radisson should change the name to meth house hotel. The pool area was the best part of the place never checked out the bar but it seems like its allways party time wont be back ever again.. but i got what i paid for
