I loved it here! The location is fantastic. I had a great corner room with a sea view. Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff and great spa! I had my first Turkish hammam. At night there is loud music until around 10pm maybe even 11 but after that complete silence. I slept wonderfully!

8/10 Very good

I had a really enjoyable stay here for three nights. Easy walking distance to the Sultanahmet highlights, the grounds of the hotel itself were very nice. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was about 2x the cost of nearby restaurants, and I got food poisoning from the very nice buffet breakfast, unfortunately, and spent the day sick in my room. But maybe that was just me getting used to Turkish food? Doubtful. So other than the food poisoning, I had a very enjoyable stay here.

They were super helpful over the phone. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport. They sent my confirmation by Whatsapp and care about us before our arrival. They also offered assistance to visit sites that have big waiting lines and with a guidan we can avoid wait for a long time and go inside faster. The Spa is fabulous, the hotel super charming and near important monuments around. I love it all!
