I mean, you get what you pay for I suppose. The bathroom door was busted and wouldnt close, the window curtains don't close fully, you can hear all of your neighbors, and there was a police raid of some kind during my stay. But the staff was kind and treated me nicely, and the other folks staying there were quite friendly.

Very disappointed with the appearance of the exterior. Cracking and peeling for the exterior overhang. Also I would have NEVER booked this hotel had I of known the doors were outside. Basically a MOTEL. Photos do not indicate this nor described on site. At least not clearly. To add I also would have never booked the hotel had I of known it was next to a train track. That absolutely needs to be disclosed. I have stayed in many hotels and there has been quiet hours. People were noisy outside since there is a park-like outside my door. And running across the room doors. Why is quiet hours not mentioned or enforced. The room was smaller than expected but very clean. We appreciate this! Disappointed the sink and toilet were not in one bathroom. This delayed any of us to prepare for the morning or evening while the other continued to sleep or went to sleep earlier. The staff were fantastic! The two gentlemen who checked us in were great and friendly. One of them was there when we checked out. Again he was great! 👏. He listened to my points and acknowledged my disappointment.

We didn't expert much from Red Roof, but we were still disapointed. The 3 beds with a kitchenette unit was smaller than in the pictures which didn't allow for a dining area. In fact, there were only 2 chairs and a small table for a room that can host up to 6 people. Also the induction plate with the pan and pot furnished could barely boil water. When we got there, the room was dirty and dusty. The floor was dirty, the curtains had white spot on them, some bedings were stained and many surfaces had dust on thwm, especially in the kitchen area. Housekeeping did not make it better troughout the week. We ended up buying a mop and a broom to wash the floor. The only thing housekeeping did was to pick up the trash and change the towels. On a plus side, the beds were really comfortable and people at the front desk were helpful.
