Water pressure in shower wasn’t that great. Bed was uncomfortable. Tv kept losing sound and picture every 3 minutes. Balcony was supposed to be non-smoking. Multiple times I would smell marijuana from another guest being smoked outside.

Room and hotel property were very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was good with the room. Motel and parking lot were well-lit after dark. Because of the urban location in the downtown area, there was a considerable amount of outside noise including multiple emergency sirens and Amtrak trains routinely passing by throughout the night. This is obviously out of the motel’s control.

I love that they are pet friendly and you don’t have to pay extra. The staff was super friendly and the room was perfect!! The only problem I had was that the tv kept blacking out and making me miss parts of what I was watching but that is the least of my worries. I will definitely stay again!

We walked into our room and it immediately stunk. We opened up the fridge and saw food/a burrito in there from the previous person. The fridge had greasy hand marks on it. There was a used q-tip on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully shut and looked like it had been punched before. There were also stink bugs coming out from under the bed. The bed smelled like bleach. We didn’t even end up staying the night and deciding to drive home that night. Not worth the money at all.
