Great experience! Check in was easy, the hotel is beautifully remodeled and clean. Not noisy at all, amenities were great. The pool was clean and not being used at all. Wonderful stay close to downtown and the outlets.

It was a decent place and the room was clean. Only complaints are: 1. I hope the poor guy who got stuck in the elevator made it out ok. Firetruck had to come and I heard they have to come monthly. Never rode the elevator after that. 2. The breakfast selection needed more variety and the yogurt was very unpleasant. Overall, a decent place to stay a night or two.

Just hangin' around

I think this hotel was almost brand new. it was clean and fresh. I appreciated the condition the rooms were in. My only thoughts-- Monitor the people you allow to just "hang out" around the property. It's unsettling and you start questioning what exactly they are doing there for the better part of the day/evening. The elevator wasn't working in the AM--and you might consider coffee machines in the rooms.
