Not a good stay at all
Bathroom toilet ran off and on all night long. It was nice and loud. They put me next to the elevators and heard people all night long. Bed was hard. Pillows were word out. We ate at the steakhouse on the 12th floor. Ribeye was grissley and nasty. Horrible cut. Wayyy over priced food. Can't believe you charge that amount for that crap.

It was a nice stay. Casino games are very tight. Not very many hits. Played one slot machine with only 1 small hit after 10 pulls.

Room was non smoking smelled really smoky they brought up air machine helped somewhat, Ice maching on 11th floor not working. Bed was softer than we like achy back in the morning.

Dont waste your money
Machines are very old and tight. Pillows are the size of a couch pillow. Did not win at all,0.Very out of the norm. Service was not exciting at all. Security guard was the only fantastic person there. Food took forever. No pool. Service on floor was awful. Have to pay for drinks while playing. Only get free drinks at tables but cant drink them. Went to visit our son in college and we were laughing on a Saturday night at 1030 PM in our room and got told told keep it down. Apparently other casinos have merged together through Cesar's ( which is part of Harrah's) but they don't honor points from merged company. Very dissatisfied stay and backwards from any other casino I have been at and we have been to many.
