nos gusta lo amable de el personal, desde hace tiempo que visitamos Albuquerque y es el lugar de nuestra preferencia

I have stayed here many times only this time it was horrible pillow cases were brown the comforter had blood stains the floors were filthy it was terrible i will never stay there again

Our in room safe wasnt working or available for us to use, somewhat disappointing

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it has been good and I thought it would be good but this stay was terrible. The parking lot had trash all over, entrance to the hotel with key entry only was not locking and wasn't lock the time we were there, the rooms were just ok. The halls had an ugly musty wet odor to it so we didn't leave our room until we were leaving the hotel. The coffee maker was not clean and had coffee bag still in filter from previous user. I usually can be tolerate and not leave bad reviews but this one I definitely had to do because it was that bad.

Clean room and sheets. AC runs a little warm and room was a little hot but overall it was an “ok” stay

From the outside the hotel looked good, and even when I first walked in it looked and smelled great. However this quickly changed. The pens at check-in were comunial and were not being cleaned between uses. When I checked out, the staff at the front desk was outside smoking and did not clean his hands when he came inside. The hallway smelled like smoke and cat urine, and the room smelled like an old wet rug. The AC was broken and when I said something at checkout, he said there were aware that the units were old and needed to be replaced. The bathroom... Oh this is what set me over the edge... There was mold. On the seams of the walls, on the door, on the chrome railings... When I mentioned this as checkout I was made to feel like this was no big deal. If they aren't cleaning the showers, how well are they cleaning for COVID? While hotels.com was understanding, the hotel brushed off my concerns.

Tv didnt work, musty smell, front desk wouldnt help me with tv, dirty room altogether discusting

Stay was nice but other people were very load and banging on walls

After a twelve hour drive we just wanted to shower and sleep. There were no towels in the room, the shower door was broken, tv wasn't operational, and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on. It wouldn't have been a horrible room but for the price it definitely isn't worth it. The front desk guy was nice and offered for us to change rooms but we were so exhausted we didn't have the energy. Maybe another room would have been better but I wouldn't know.

It was ok except for the A/C which didn't work well and room got stuffy.
