I had an issue with the phone since the first day I arrived, went to the front desk to tell them about it and they were sent to my room asap, I had to have them come over again because it still wasn’t working but the IT staff handled the situation with promptness and made me smile. My overall issue is with the front desk on the day and housekeeping . It was my birthday and the night staff told me the lobster house is closed but assured me other restaurants would be open for me have a bite. I walked all over and none were open. I went back to the front desk to get some directions to the open restaurant and she said she doesn’t know go check. I got so upset I just went back to the room and slept. I had to call housekeeping because nipple pasties and hair were stuck in the shower from another guest, housekeeping came took the pasties off and left didn’t clean the area or nothing. Dining in the night at the mandarin restaurant was awful they gave me a dirty cup and drink from and didn’t check up on me to resolve the issue so I just drank from the bottle. Overall I feel like because I was local I received this treatment which doesn’t feel great, I also never wanted to be typecast so I just paid and left . The only good about the property was the night front desk agent, IT and the staff at mélange . There was no one to tell my problems to and no one cared. Very disappointed.
