The staff was particularly courteous and helpful.

The overall stay was excellent. The staff was attentive and facilities were conducive. We had a rockey start to our weekend stay. The sheets on one of beds were stained. Opposed to packing back up everything to change rooms, we ask for a change of sheets. Upon upgrading, everything else was tolorable. Thanks

Hotel was clean. Had very little interaction with staff other than checkin. Breakfast could have been better - I’ve stayed at other HI expresses during Covid with better breakfast offerings. This was just yogurt fruit and packaged muffin and some sweet bagel things

Coffee maker in room did not work. Handset on phone in room did not work.

Very friendly service will definitely stay again in the future.

Hair dryer not In room. Staff found another in unoccupied room.

Hotel itself is clean and well maintained but the day I was staying there they didn’t have hot water for shower and water pressure is low. The front did says that they’re working on the water and will only last for couple hours but it lasted throughout the time I stayed there. I ended up taking cold shower early in the morning before I checkout.

Everything was great the friendliness of front desk staff to the property inside and outside very clean.

This was an interesting stay. My first room had ants so I asked for it to be sprayed. Instead I was moved to a new room with ants then moved 3 more times. While going back and forth to different rooms, the elevator stopped and would not move while I was inside. I manage to get the door open and exit. Finally ended up on the 3rd floor, but AC was not working well.I kept getting other people's bills & returned them to the desk. On night four I was locked out of my room; told my card did not go through for the last night. Weird. I gave them my card again and was charged again. The next morning I received a different guest's bill, brought it to the desk and asked for my receipt. Four days later my credit card was charged twice. I was charged for a different guest's stay as well as my stay. Had to call and get a refund. The front desk employees were friendly but for a hotel with a handful of guests staying, they need to do some serious training.
