3 rooms booked, paid for via, and transaction confirmed by Expedia. My family and i arrived late evening only to be told the rooms were not available - apparently their booking system failed to note that the rooms should not have been made available. A very poor experience although management eventually liaised with a nearby hotel to find us some rooms - and to be fair, the staff were polite enough (though they initially seemed reluctant to take accountability for their error).

Lovely Hotel
I chose this hotel due to its location. It is close to the airport. My stay was good. The staff and the service were nice. The choice of breakfast was limited but what was offered was very tasty. Some areas of the hotel look worn out and need updating. Overall it was clean and good value for money. I recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

The stay at the hotel was less than average. Location was close to the airport so better than average. Lots of traffic on hotel road. The hotel has roaches and the toilet leaked water the whole time we were there. We asked to use the microwave and we were told they would only heat food purchased at the hotel. The breakfast was basic.

The hotel is ok but as ever staff issues and facilities let it down. Don't book online or else you will be charged more than double in usd or gbp. Call the hotel direct and book direct to pay 1/3 of the price in local currency. Most of the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately my first encounter was with a poorly trained receptionist who clearly felt i wasnt cool enough for his hotel. Obnoxious attitude and incompetent delivery - had to ask for my key card to be activated after handover, another 15mins after a fractous 20 min check in. No apology. Was more interested in charging as much as possible and i did not even warrant a good evening or welcome after a long and arduous journey. I would have moved but i had given the address ro two different couriers for deliveries. And to be honest, the chap who showed me to my room, other recptionists, the cleaners, everyone else was lovely and professional to an older lady dressed tradionally and travelling on her own. Seemed more like a party hotel for lagosians and their friends. In room facilities ok but no hot water during my 3 night stay and no plug in the sink. In the middle of town so noisy external environment, there was a full blown party outside as i arrived on friday night. Party next night too. Was on 1st floor and was woken each night and early morning by noise from dragging or moving tables which i assume came from the resturant below. Very noisy corridor with comings and goings.

Management comes to the rescue!!
The hotel was beautiful & the staff appeared to be dry professional EXCEPT for the housekeeper began flirting with me in front of my husband. We had reserved our room for a 2 month stay but abruptly left after only staying 2 weeks because the housekeeper somehow got my cell phone number and started calling me repeatedly from different numbers. As soon as I blocked a number, I got a call from a different one. It was quite disturbing. My husband and I felt very u safe and violated by the front office for giving out my personal information. I was worried that the hotel wouldn’t refund the remaining 1 1/2 month reservation since we were going to leave early but we didn’t have a choice in the matter. We spoke to the hotel manager the following morning and told him what happened and he was Very nice and understanding. He gave us a full refund and only requested for us to leave a review on here. It’s unfortunate that the violation of our privacy happened because both myself and my husband LOVED STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. It was our honeymoon and that creepy housekeeper almost spoiled it but everything worked out. I am an American and am often a target of financial exploitation, robbing or kidnappings in Nigeria. So, my situation is unique due to my ethnicity. I believe that if I was a nigerian then I would have stayed there for the entire 2 months without any problems.
