This is a family run property. They are all very friendly. Breakfast is provided in the mornings. They have a nice seating area outside. Laundry facilities for use on site. The location is very good and can walk to amenities. They sell bottles of water in the lobby for the same price as 7-11. The only thing that was an issue for us was the very small bathroom otherwise enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe there.

It was clean and comfortable stay for the price! Would recommend it as the location was quite good too in the Old City. The staff were friendly and service was pretty good. It was a simple and fuss-free accommodation, and newly renovated.

値段の割には広くて必要十分。
場所は旧市街で観光するにも食事をするにもとても便利です。 部屋はシャワーとトイレが外ですが、値段を考えると十分な広さと設備です。 スタッフは無愛想で対応が良くありません。エレベーターは無いので大きな荷物がある場合は運ぶのが大変です。こうゆう場合は大抵、スタッフが手伝ってくれるものですが、全く手伝おうとはしません。 シャワーは温かいお湯は出ません。気温14℃くらいだったので、凍えそうでした。苦笑。 あとは、部屋の窓が内窓でカーテンの隙間から廊下が見えるので少し気持ち悪かったです。外が見えないのは閉塞感があります。 ホスピタリティが低すぎるので、満足度は低いですが、必要最低限。値段を考えるとこんなもんかなと思います。

Good place for a vacation on a budget
At first we got a room with a very old AC which was broke and made a very loud noise. Luckily they agreed to upgrade us at no extra cost, which was nice. We then got a larger apartment with separate kitchen, which was quite nice, modern AC, fridge etc. I would very much recommend you make sure to get one of the larger apartments when you stay at this place. The small rooms are really only for those who just want a clean bed to sleep in. One other thing that was not so good was the showers. They have too low water pressure. We did not feel clean after having a shower. Other than that, good location, good breakfast, good service and of course nice of then to upgrade us with no extra cost
