We booked a smaller room and upgraded to a larger suite. The small rooms are VERY SMALL. With no closet, once your suitcase was left out, there was very little room to move around. The beds were super comfy!!

Dec 2024 review.
The checking process is different as they text you your room # and access code when room is ready. Except at 4pm, when it’s check in time, I needed to call to get my room and access code. The office closes at 5pm, so if I hadn’t called I’m not sure I would have been able to reach anyone for my room info. You don’t enter the hotel to get to your rooms, there is outside access which would have been good to know as we were searching for the entry. The fire station is 4 blocks over, so we heard every time they were dispatched, which was a lot. Room was clean and tidy, some pots and pans to use along with dishes and silverware. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. Lots of room.

Comfort at its best for a great rate!
This was a super comfortable place for our family to stay! With 900 sq feet and two bedrooms, we all had enough space to spread out. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and well-stocked with appliances and cutlery. Would definitely stay here again!

NashVegas Getaway.
First time going to Nashville and found this hotel that was just outside of downtown/Broadway Street but within walking distance, about 4 blocks. Very cool/chic property. The one bedroom units are very small but the two and three bedroom units are extremely spacious. Onsite bar that's opens from 5:00 to 11:00 each day which had live music each day we were there. Also, there's a small cafe in the lobby that has food and drinks and great coffee. Staff was fantastic. Also, football stadium was within walking distance as well.

This is a great place to stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom in November. It’s very close (walking 5 mins or 7$ uber) to downtown broadway Lots of outside social areas. Bar is quaint and offers music on fridays

Spacious and Fun
Stayed at the Bobe for a family getaway. Celebrating my son’s 21st. We found the Bobe hotel amazing not only was it a convenient easy walk to Broadway. But, the hotel itself was more than we expected. We got a 3 bedroom and each room was spacious and SO CLEAN! We never felt that we were on top of each other getting ready for a day on Broadway. I would highly recommend! The grounds were very cool just never took advantage of hanging out there. Maybe next time because we will be back!

Awesome hotel
I was very impressed with the Bode hotel. 10 minute walk to Broadway street in Nashville, easy parking. No front desk but you can do everything online. But the bartender on site was able to check us in. Got the 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing. I highly recommend it if you plan on staying a few nights. Full kitchen. Beds were comfy and the place was VERY clean.

Won’t be back
The room smelled dank, and the tub had hair in it from previous occupants. There were not clear instructions on how to get to your room. (Check in is all DIY). The walls were paper thin with a fire department one block away. The idea for this place is cool, but the execution was lacking.
