Great value and clean. Unfortunately there was some heavy construction close by that woke us up early each morning we were there, but not the hotels fault. Highly recommend it, the location is great.

Loved this little hotel, great location. Comfortable bed, well appointed room and good shower. We didn't eat there, but the breakfast smelled great. The staff were super friendly, and the cleaning was spot on. Nice to have a fridge in the room too. Nothing the hotel can do about this but there is a lot of construction going on across the whole town of Sliema, and unfortunately there was a pile driver right outside our balcony which operated from early until late most days. It wouldn't put us off staying here again, but as an observation for the whole area, if you want a quiet hotel, or you like a lie in, Sliema is probably not for you.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a modern aesthetic and felt like it might have recently been done-up. The bed was comfy and the shower excellent. I liked the way my room was very spacious and had a very convenient thing for hanging my jacket on and dumping my stuff on as soon as I entered from trekking around the island all day! The location was great for catching the bus and ferry. I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap water in Malta but I still used said water to fill up the kettle in the room and I’m okay so far - the tea making facilities were appreciated btw! Breakfast was great and the staff all professional.

I can't recommend mrtodd until the noise issues at the construction site are resolved. I have been a regular customer for the third year in 2023, 2024, and 2025, but this time was truly disappointing. It's not so much the hotel's lack of capability, but the severe noise, vibration, and dust from the construction site right next door are too intense. It's a shame.

Nice small hotel a couple of minutes walk from Sliema seafront and all the restaurants and bars. Quiet, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The only minus in my experience was that I could not get the aircon to cool the room - in fairness I did not ask the staff for help, but slept with the balcony door open (in March this kept the room cool).

The hotel is fabulous. It’s very modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and really helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sliema. It doesn’t have a pool but there are pools to visit nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again. Thank you 😁

A nice property in Sliema. A 5- minute walk and you are at the ferry to Sliema. We enjoyed coffee and cake at Lady Todd further up the hill and they have us a discount as guests. Nice and friendly service. I would definitely recommend Mr Todd to anyone interested in visiting Malta.
