I arrived in the night to find a security guard. There was no reception to go to and the guard was communicating while standing in an area without lights. I informed him I had made the reservation via Expedia. He called a 3rd party who said they were not aware of my booking. The person further said they are not online therefore they do not do online booking. She added that agencies like Expedia normally default in transmitting funds to them after receiving money from guests. I was finally allowed to check in at around 1:00 am. I woke up and called Expedia who confirmed to the facility about my booking. I was then allowed to check out. I can NEVER go back to Megg’s Place.
