Lovely staff, could do with soundproofing.
Room was compact, as expected. The walls were thin, and there was a gap under the door. Unfortunately, there was construction working going on nearby and a group that was staying in a few rooms on our floor who kept talking in the hall and knocking on doors both early and late. We lost a lot of sleep and were pretty tired. Lovely to see the dog photoshoots happening, and washing machine facilities were great. 3 kombinis nearby and the train station is only a few minutes away. Good launching point for this side of the city.

This mini hotel is impeccable. Well equipped. Well kept. Modern inside and out. At the lobby there’s a coin laundry, a foreign exchange machine, a mini cafe, and a well stocked mini beer fridge. Staff is remarkably courteous and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly: some photo spots are set up for dogs. I’m not a dog person but that’s cute nonetheless. Location is fine: 2 minutes walk to JR Asakusabashi station for east-west direction, 7 minutes walk to Asakusabashi subway station for north-south direction. Many local izakayas are around the hotel. We stayed for 7 days and it was an unforgettable experience. 10/10.

Very nice looking hotel with a few quirks that could be overlooked given the excellent price and location. Nice room, good A/C, comfortable beds, strong/hot shower, but shower curtain horribly smelly (mildew). Additionally, there was a constant "buzzing" noise in our room that sounded at irregular intervals throughout our stay -- as if a neighboring room was receiving constant text messages while their phone was on vibrate. We don't believe this was the case -- that instead it was pipes. It was odd. Laundry facilities excellent but you have to move quickly due to only to machines being available -- a constant queue!

A nice dog friendly hotel. It’s a short walk to the train station. The room I booked was small, but very clean. The breakfast was good, but very limited. The location is convenient to the train, but was confusing to find in a maze of restaurants and convenience stores. There should be some signs pointing to the location from the train station or at least in the area.
