This hotel has all the appearance of a great hotel...the rooms themselves are quite nice...BUT, try to communicate in English with the staff about anything and you've got problems..Internet not adequate for all rooms..I really suggest that management pays a little more money to hire some English speakers who could actually understand and help guests with any issues that arrive...Check out was very lengthy....Restaurant is good but quite overpriced for similar food at similar restaurants. I think this hotel has good potential. Taxi services organized through hotel are very overpriced. Being a "boutique" hotel does not mean that everything has to be overpriced.
