I am sorry to write this review, but I believe is the honest thing to do. I booked my stay with Expedia, and I paid in advance the full amount of the room. Some hours before travelling to the area, I got a mail from the hotel manager indicating me that they had to extend some guests that decided to overstay and they moved me to another hotel close by.
I must say that the manager was attentive and responded my mails quickly. Even some amazon packages that I had sent to this hotel were brought to my hotel. I appreciate this. But on the other hand, I do believe a reservation must be honored, even more when it was a fully paid in advance reservation.
