Dump
This place was a dump. Nice people who worked there and it was clean but the facility was needing an upgrade for just about everything. Pool was closed for repair and roof was leaking.

No maintenance or upkeep has been done on this property in years but it is sadly the best option in town. Staff are kind and friendly.

Underwelming, disappointing to Say the Least
Staff was courteous & as helpful as possible with many of my issues maintenance related. I reserved rooms at this property for the indoor pool which apparently has been out of service for quite some time due to a pump issue so, not great from start. I honestly did not want to stay with that discovery when checking in but, it would have been a late cancel so I would have been charged regardless. Rooms were quite smaller than pictures indicated and not cleaned well. Dust throughout carpet corners and found body spray on floor from previous guest. It was next to impossible to get into our room with keycard. Had to ask for new keys half dozen times and still took 5 minutes to get lock to engage 75% of the time, beyond annoying. The outer doors of the building required the keycard also but some supposed issue caused those to not work either meaning everytime went outside, had to walk around to front door then back down to rooms each time. Paying nearly $400 for 2 rooms/2 nights, roughly a third my monthly morgage, I expect more. I have to switch rooms to have a quarter of what any customer should get without question. Like i said, I did NOT want to check in but, who can afford to be charged for late cancel AND getting the rooms they still need? I would prefer a refund for my complete stay but, at minimum, I will NEVER stay at this property again. It was dirty, unkempt, falling apart, falsely advertised (amenities/rooms/pictures). Worst I've seen on Hotels.com to date. DISAPPOINTED

Do not stay here!
Room was filthy and smelled. Air conditioning didn’t work and the refrigerator was barely cold. There was no silverware or bowls or milk for breakfast. Every time I went to the front desk, there was no one there. On the second night, I discovered that they were fleas in the carpet. Do not recommend.

2/10 Poor

Do not stay here if you can avoid it
The only positive is that the staff is very friendly!!! First thing we encountered was the pool being closed for repairs; apparently they have been dealing with an issue since December. Then the security doors don’t get pulled shut because you can’t open some of them back up with your key. When we got to the room, the mini refrigerator was broken and unplugged and we were needing to use the freezer. We used the freezer of a travel mate’s room, but then they found a bed bug on their pillow and left! We checked our room and did not come across any, but was paranoid the rest of the night! The ice maker does not work. The staff has a countertop ice maker and has bags of ice for guests that need it. The vent fan in our bathroom did not work. The place reeked of pot. They did have a nice continental breakfast laid out, but we chose not to have any. I’m really not sure how this hotel has earned a 7 on hotels.com. The owner definitely has some work to do!

I was in Ada for the NOVFA Firemen's Convention and this hotel was the closest one that allowed pets. I wish I could attach photos to show just how nasty the room was. I had a room for 2 nights room# 125 and there was a big rip in in the carpet by the bathroom, a hole in the bathroom ceiling where the vent should be, a large black spot on the ceiling in the bathroom, shower floor very nasty and dirty looking, light fixtures all had rust on them, no phone to even call the front desk. The next morning I asked to switch rooms which they did at 10am to room 121 but I never got to use it because I had to leave to rush my dog to the vet that was almost 3 hours away back home. They still charged me $100 for the second night. There web sight doesn’t have the option to leave a review so I hope people will see this one. Needless to say my dog had to be hospitalized for 2 nights.

Not a lot of late night food options for delivery. No elevator to the second floor. Overall though it was a great stay. Bed was comfy, jacuzzi tub was hot (needed rinsed out though and jets didn't work) and the room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Don’t stay here!
I paid 170$ for a “suite” that consisted of a king bed, a chair, a jacuzzi tub, a filthy bathroom, one washcloth, two towels, and a bar of soap! The carpet was separating from the wall, cracks in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom. The pool was out of service. Breakfast consisted of off-brand stale cereal, stale bread, bagels, and some gallons of milk in a college dorm fridge. A/c units barely worked in the entire building (stairwells were stifling). $170!!!! By far worst and most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are absolute FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!! Staff was friendly but that’s about all this place has going for it!
