There was no water in the refridgerator even though the fridge can make water and ice. That was truly disappointing. The room was also advertised with a balcony even but sadly that wasn't the case. At the very end of the stay I received a message from management claiming I did not return the key after the check out to the lock box. I assured them that was not the case because I followed the instructions in the text regarding check out and returning the key to the lock box. Management or a team member who claimed to have checked the lock box clearly lied, Because after I told them to check again, I received a message that it was in fact return to the original box. That was slighty frustrating because they shouldve have checked prior to accusing the paying customer of not following clear instructions.

The apartment was very nice. The property was well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced, but not a big deal. Only disappointment was I was suppose to have a balcony and this particular unit did not.

The stay was ok. Apartment was clean. The apartment was cold the day of check in then after that it was very uncomfortable making it hard to get dressed before going out or before going to sleep at night. It would be helpful to have some type of communication book to let the guest that’s renting know where the amenities are within the building.

Nice amenities and very clean apartment. There was an issue with the closet however they asked me for pictures and were overall accommodating. I wish there were more items stocked in the kitchen for use when making my own meals but overall it was a great stay. Would definitely look to stay another property of theirs when I travel.
