This might be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special. There is a free afternoon tea every day which is magical and breakfast is amazing. I cannot praise this place enough.

The food choices were broad and excellent - we especially loved afternoon tea daily and those passion fruit shakes. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. This was an awesome stay. The room was very clean and the balcony bathtub was great and filled up quickly. There was a complementary champagne and beer in the room. The staff were exceptional. I had an early flight and they arranged for me to have a breakfast ready as soon as I went to the breakfast area, suggested what time I should leave for my domestic flight back to Bangkok, and arranged the taxi for me. Would definitely come back.

This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc.
