We found dirty water coming out of the bathroom, which was in very bad condition—brown and red with mud. We reported the issue to the hotel front desk on the night of March 24 (Monday) via a hotel phone call. However, the front desk staff responded impolitely, stating that Holiday Inn was unable to provide maintenance service or offer us a new room. Instead, she even asked us to change rooms for an additional fee.
Therefore, we went down to the front desk in person to seek assistance, then we probability found the same people in that phone call. Suddenly, she was able to change our room without any extra charge. Throughout the entire interaction, the staff member was rude, showed us an unfriendly attitude, and never apologized or thanked us. She simply dismissed us. It was an extremely unpleasant experience—truly the worst staff behavior I have ever encountered.
