This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't understand why! Next room the a/c didn't work and after 3 service calls and half my dayit barely worked so i got a fan! Then the a/c poured water and soaked the bedroom carpet and they used my towels to clean it up! 3 more service calls and finally fixed but wouldn't change my room for the wet floors because i was checking out the next day... Don't walk away from this place, RUN! I won't talk about the mold and bugs!!!
