Good things first, the rooms are huge and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, the a la carte restaurants are amazing, they make a 18 ounces ribeye that make you think it worth the money you paid, only for the meat but the restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch and snack needs to improve like right now.
I ordered plantains with chicken and there were no plantains, then asked for rice ans beans they came cold as an iceberg. Then in the afternoon wanted to order some fruit and it wasn't available so had to order a cheese and ham sandwich and it was the worst sandwich ever. Mi husband ordered for lunch a hamburger and they served it in a sandwich bread, no natural juices, the alcoholic beverage at the pool bar was nothing desirable, they claim they're 5 star hotel, I don't think so. They have enough room to make it way better than what it is now. Not having more variety of food is a con.
The people is nice but it looks they're not marketing the hotel because we were like 10 guests in the whole place.
The Chinese food ia also good. For the price you could find other options.
