Disappointing Experience at Kiriri Garden Hotel
My stay at Kiriri Garden Hotel started well, with a nice gesture of being offered three complimentary bottles of water. However, the end of my stay was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
When I was checking out, the receptionist suddenly claimed I hadn’t paid for the water, despite it being presented as complimentary. To make matters worse, she called security to prevent me from leaving the property, even though she couldn’t provide a bill or any proof of this charge. She insisted I pay but wouldn’t issue a receipt for the payment.
This incident left me feeling harassed and frustrated. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to handle misunderstandings this way, especially without providing proper documentation. I expected better professionalism and courtesy.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience. Guests should not have to deal with such unprofessional practices.
Secondly, . The faucet was faulty, causing water to spray uncontrollably all over the bathroom, including the toilet area.
This made showering an uncomfortable and frustrating experience, as the entire bathroom would get soaked, and it was nearly impossible to keep anything dry. For a hotel that markets itself as high quality, basic functionality like a working shower should not be an issue.
While other aspects of the stay may have been decent, the inconvenience caused by the shower overshadowed them. I hope the management addresses these maintenance issues to provide a better experience for futur
