on checking in they had no idea I had booked with expedia and paid via expedia,They had no wifi,no tv and breakfast on first day was rudimentary not even close to the buffet promised,the hotel is desolate great potential but in need of a big capitol injection and any eye for excellence.The bathroom Chinese tub was just horrible.The receptionist Dianah was the only bright side in face of desolation .Am absolutely livid with the expedia staff who .after have paid for another hotel they informed me one month later that the hotel had rejected the booking and they looked for alternative one for me,I hought they had done due delligence.i expect an apology.On checking out the hotel was demanding twice what I had paid with no shame depite showing receipts from expedia.In future the lesson is expedia should never select an alternative hotel for a client without having assessed it because clients expect you have,
