8/10 Very good

Nice simple stay
Was rung and said room was ready early. Fast check in. It is a maze once inside the mixed use building. Was quiet on night i was there. Creaky floor boards. Nice and central

Just a nice clean easy stay for the boys
Tyrone, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Adequate for needs
It was lovely and quiet. A cheap room with all you need. I liked the community area and wasn't aware I could cook so that was a bonus for next time. Squeaky floors but an old building. It suited me fine and location was close to what I want
carol, 3-night trip

Very helpful manager Well priced Would stay again

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for a number of issues with the room and this was brought up with management at check out
shane, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Handy location but there was dull noise all night that made sleeping difficult

Very basic, would not recommend
Helen, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very convenient location, good, safe and handy to public transport. I'll stay again. Walls are thin and snoring in another room was bad. No windows in my room was not good, but overall it was a great place to stay.
Ray, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I didnt like the creaking floors the barhroom door wouldnt close smoothly and the reception was barely maned it was a comfortable bed and gave you a place to rest or wash up but wasnt the greatest stay
Guy, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I think the accommodation should be called hostel and not hotel, for that's what it appears to be. No complaint, just a comment.
Anne, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It was cheap and we got what we paid for. Did the trick. Great location. Terrible thin pillows.
T, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Bit dark and dingy, concrete floor very slippery
Keith, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Rude staff member, has people who live there that are creapy, our room had no curtain so was bright as come sun up. Long distance from room to outside. Wouldn't stay again. Only good thing was the location.
Samantha, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Good location but not what’s we were expecting very loud you could hear any conversation from outside, no hot water, water leaking from the roof and for how much we paid we expected better.
Oliver, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Floors and bedding stained. Hand towel and face cloth would have been good. Visible piping was loud. A couple more pillows would have been more comfy. It was an ok place to stay. Just needs some TLC
Syed, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Don't stay in this place, its so noisy! you cant even sleep, its very dirty. I will never recommended it. worse decision ever!
Laura, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great walking distant to food, pubs and nightclub. Secure hotel to stay in. Would recommend to whānau and friends
Leigh-Maree, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location and access especially if you want a budget stay but notba hostel. Bed was comfy, hard to find the room.
Elly, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very budget, in need of repairs
Location within the city is great however, the whole place is a bit dilapidated. So many holes in the walls, not surprising because they are so thin, could hear every conversation in the room next door. And a little bizarre to have a shower just in the corner of the bedroom, very strange layout. But for a cheap place to sleep for the night it does the job
Michael, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Staff was rude when asked for help on a late checking
Josh, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

False advertising, unfinished rooms for rent, booked a room with windows but was given a room with no windows, no ceiling, and full of service pipes. Horrible.
Yifan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I dont remember seeing anything about parking, or the lack thereof on tge web page. There is no designated motel parking. Therefore paying for parking was a surprise. $36 a night means one could "afford" to book a more expensive place that actually has onsite parking. The facility was very plain. Still, a good, quiet place with a comfortable bed. Shared shower & toilet, so it was more like a backpacking place.
