The hotel is in the beautiful port area, however it does not have views. It is in a pedestrian street, about a ten minute walk from the nearest road. So if you have luggage, you will have to walk at least 10 minutes from the closest vehicle drop off. On top of that, the property has huge stairs between each floor, no elevator. And no bellman or help. It was exhausting to take our luggage up to the second floor and there are three floors!
Once you get to the room, it is a great size and very clean and comfortable. However, it is very frugal with amenities like coffee. They left only 2 K-pods and cleaning lady did not refill. When we asked coffee for next day, we were told they only provide for the first day. No toiletries either, we ran out of soap and I had to go and purchase. And the air conditioning never worked. We complained and it was not fixed. Seems they turn it off. This is not acceptable on a hotel that you paid a good amount of money to stay in and that advertises it has a/c. Breakfast was very good. In general, I found the hotel to not be a good value for what you pay for.
