Condition of the hotel is abysmal. Horrible stench in not only the hall, but as soon as you walk in the room too. The lady at the front desk on the weekdays was very nice, but the weekend lady was super rude. Wi-Fi was reliable. Carpets were filthy with stains everywhere. “Breakfast” was a couple nutrigrain bars and Quaker grits, yet no bowls or spoons. Had to ask for a “kitchen set” (plates, utensils, coffee pot, etc), and was told to come get it. Pictures show a small armchair/loveseat but when asked about it, they said that was the “other hotel.” Only had a desk chair. No soap, sponges, paper towels. It was just a joke of a hotel. Yeah it’s inexpensive, but it was extremely disappointing.

Christmas night disaster
Never got to stay. We got there Christmas night around 8:30. When we went to check in the front desk woman said on there end was canceled because they over booked. ( I had my disabled son and my service dog with me.) They didn’t make any attempts to help us out. So we are scrambling a place to stay Christmas night. We did find a place but it was doubled what we were going to pay. They still haven’t made any attempts to make it right. I thought when you had a reservation they were supposed to honor it but guess in this situation they didn’t.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Property was undergoing renovations. Did have an incident where the fire alarm went off close to midnight but thats not their fault. Fire department did their thing and cleared for re-entry within the hour. Stuff happens! Other than that, good stay!

I was on level 2, the hallway for 3 days smelled like pee. The room itself had a smell I couldn’t even described, I used febreeeze, Lysol, Clorox wipes, the house keeper came in and she couldn’t even figure out what it was or get it rid of it. The a/c started leaking and barely worked, to top it off there was ants and some other kind of little bug. Just disgusting. The only good thing about that place was the staff. They were over all friendly and helpful. Most of the time
