When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived.
We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet but just a plate with a little ham, hard egg and some cheese. The coffee had the color of tea, which for such a price is really not enough.
I don't recommend a hotel that is not willing to give recipes and has just such a low quality but asks for a price of high class hotels.
Further I think that HOTELS.COM should offer a way to get support in such cases and I start to think if this platform is still the right for me.
