Location wise this hotel is well placed. But the check in and check out procedures are slow. They have a paper system going for the security deposit (50RM) that seems quite unnecessary and makes everything quite cumbersome.
But the breakfast was where we reduce our rating.
The breakfast selection was very limited and things ran out quickly and took a long time to replace. There's lots of tables but they seemed to lack staff to clean up (it appeared a single person was doing everything in the room) so there was no place to sit even though the place wasn't full. We ate our meal on a counter at the end of the room.
Overall the price wasn't much, but if we came back we would look for a different hotel because of the meal experience.
