TERRIBLE
This hotel is not what I would expect from a Marriott and not worth $300 per night. It’s a cheap knock off and the list of issues is many. The moment you walk in you are slapped in the face with a horrible perfume smell, disguising who knows what. It reminded us of what they do in Vegas hotels but it was so over powering and not something we have ever experienced staying at a Marriott. The rooms themselves have old carpets that are rippled/dirty. On a positive note the beds were comfortable but do not look at the bed skirts as they are beyond filthy. The shower has ZERO pressure and barely works. The TV Casting does NOT work. We tried the restaurant for breakfast and it was really bad. The older waitress we had was absolutely lovely, but the young lady who seated us was clearly never trained in hospitality. I have had better food from a fast food chain. The young girl at the front desk needs to learn some etiquette on how to deal with guests needs. Yelling out personal medical information over a walkie talkie is highly inappropriate and very unprofessional. The entire lobby heard what I had been privately discussing with her. We were only at this hotel for two nights and we chose it as we thought it would be convenient with the mall attached and nearby restaurants. We discovered this was a massive mistake and we would never return. We have never seen a mall with so many security guards/police officers everywhere. Beware the area is full of drug addicts and criminal’s
